Separately, below is the job description for the nearshore resource we re looking to get to support Sitefinity. We are targeting a rate of $60 or below.

C# / .NET (Sitefinity is primarily .NET-based)
ASP.NET (often MVC) and/or ASP.NET Core (depending on Sitefinity version/architecture)
HTML, CSS, JavaScript (plus a modern JS framework sometimes, depending on the front end)
Razor (common in .NET web UI work)
SQL Server basics (content/data storage, troubleshooting, querying)
REST APIs / JSON (integrations with other systems)
Git + CI/CD basics (deployments, environments, release workflow)
Web fundamentals: authentication/authorization, caching, performance, security basics (OWASP concepts help)
GitHub branching strategies
Basic foundations of AWS (especially around EC2)
Sitefinity experience

Optional / nice to have skillset items (nice to have/not required):
