Essential Duties and Responsibilities
+ Consult with project team and functional units on the design of important projects or services
+ Consult with users to determine software or system functional specifications
+ Design and develop computer systems or programs, including prototypes, based on user-defined requirements
+ Write code, programs, tests, and analysis of new application software
+ Advise IT management about IT issues within the Company
+ Support existing business system applications
Required Skills and Experience
+ 8+ years of experience with Python
+ 8+ years of experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
+ 8+ years of experience with GIT
+ 8+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services Relational Databases (AWS RDS)
+ 8+ years of experience with Amazon Simple Storage Service (S3)
+ 8+ years of experience with Amazon Lambda(s)
+ Must possess exceptional communication and organization skills
Professional Certifications None required however AWS Certifications are a plus
Years of Professional Experience 8+ years of professional experience (if no Bachelor’s degree, 8 additional years of professional experience required
Desired experience AWS certification(s) strongly preferred
Experience working in a large complex environment
Working knowledge of Health EDI X.12
Formal Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
Security Clearance Requirements Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)
