Software Dev Engineer III

Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Software Development Engineer. In this role, you will design and build scalable solutions that empower our field teams. You will apply industry best practices to solve complex business problems, define meaningful metrics, and create systems that operate reliably at scale. This position is ideal for a professional looking to utilize and expand their coding skills across a wide variety of software applications.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automation, testing, and operations.
• 6+ years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• 5+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• 1+ years of experience building Agents using AWS technology.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and REACT.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $45.00 and $57.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
