Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, performant, and secure web applications powered by LLMs.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end features across the front-end and back-end.
  • Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces to enable seamless LLM interaction.
  • Architect scalable and modular systems with a focus on performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
  • Define and enforce engineering best practices (code quality, testing, CI/CD, logging, observability).
  • Stay up to date with evolving LLM capabilities, frontend frameworks, and backend technologies.
  • Propose and prototype new ideas to improve user experience, model utilization, or internal tooling.
  • Partner with product managers and designers to shape the product roadmap.
  • Translate high-level product ideas into clear technical specifications and deliverables.

A day in the life

Drive high-level system design and define the technical strategy in alignment with product and business goals. Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and consistency in implementation. Deeply understand the business domain to proactively propose scalable, customer-centric solutions. Contribute to product development by analyzing and scoping requirements, providing technical input early in the lifecycle. Lead by example through active mentorship, thorough code reviews, and writing clean, maintainable, and high-quality code that sets the standard for the team.

About the team

You will operate in a responsive, flexible, and collaborative environment, leading an agile development team that embraces modern best practices in software engineering. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Principle Engineers/Senior Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and deliver robust solutions that shape the next generation of our products. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring alignment between engineering and product strategy.
