The Social Worker (LMSW) – Intake (Adult Behavioral Health) is responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, coordinating intake processes, and facilitating access to behavioral health services.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, crisis assessment skills, and the ability to manage patient intake efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1–2+ years of Social Work experience (Behavioral Health preferred)
• Active Michigan LMSW License (Required prior to start)
• Experience in intake, assessments, or crisis evaluation
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health and case management practices
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in adult behavioral health settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills

• Outpatient Behavioral Health / Intake Department
• Onsite role in Southgate, MI
