What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an acute hospital setting
- Valid Georgia LCSW licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:
- Experience with hospital discharge planning and resource coordination
- Bilingual capabilities
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Crisis intervention experience
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment is highly valued
Other Requirements:
- Must have acute hospital experience and GA LCSW licensure
- Availability to work scheduled hours from 8 PM to 8 AM in an 8-week rotation
- Willingness to travel if needed for training or certification updates
- Active licensure and relevant certifications
