  • Must hold a Master's Degree in Social Work in accordance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills as well as ability to make accurate assessments of residents’ needs and progress. 
  • Skills in documenting this information, as well as verbally presenting pertinent data to appropriate staff and other professionals. 
  • Effective public relations skills and willingness to work also with the resident’s families, the staff and the community.
