Description:
• This position involves supervising a team of therapists and case planners in a child welfare setting. 
• The role includes both administrative and model supervision responsibilities to ensure adherence to standards and practices.
• The job is full-time, based in Brooklyn, NY, and may require flexible hours, including weekends.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or equivalent.
• Experience in child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice settings.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong clinical and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications:
• LMSW or LCSW licensing preferred.
• At least two years of experience as a therapist preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Willingness to learn and work within the MST-CAN model.
