Qualifications

Master's Degree in Social Work required
Current Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Services Provider License with a School Social Worker endorsement
DORA (Department of Regulatory Agencies) license preferred
Experience working with students demonstrating high behaviors, including aggression
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices
Experience with Enrich and IEP processes strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group social work services to students
Support students with behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
Utilize trauma-informed practices and positive behavioral interventions
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers to develop effective intervention plans
Assist with crisis intervention and behavior support as needed
