Position Summary Slippery Rock University invites applications for a full-time temporary Social Work faculty member in the Department of Psychology, Social Work, and Recreational Therapy for the 2026-2027 academic year.
The candidate will teach 4 courses per semester, typically consisting of two undergraduate and two graduate courses. Assigned courses will include a mix of in-person and online delivery. The primary instructional need is in clinical practice courses within the BSSW and MSW programs, though assignments will depend on departmental needs.
The candidate will engage in service activities and scholarship as appropriate to a one-year position, attend meetings, and participate in the ongoing activities of the department.
