AM - 9hr
36hr Days, Monday - Thursday, 9hr shifts
Flexibility needed, on-call required
Weekends and Holidays if on-call
Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding and competency development for new social work staff.
Provide individual and group education on documentation standards, assessments, interventions, family engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Conduct chart audits, provide documentation feedback, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Provide clinical supervision, coaching, mentoring, and consultation to LCSWs and social work staff.
Assess staff development needs and develop training resources to support clinical excellence.
Serve as a subject matter expert to support implementation of practice changes, new programs, and departmental initiatives.
Partner with leadership to promote consistent standards of practice, improve outcomes, and support staff growth.
