This role creates compelling content, manages community engagement, analyzes performance metrics, and identifies opportunities to amplify Parker's Kitchen's brand presence through organic and paid social initiatives. The Social Media Specialist collaborates closely with Marketing, Communications, Operations, and community partners to produce innovative content, support company initiatives, and create meaningful customer interactions both online and in person. This position combines strategic planning, creative content development, performance marketing, social listening, and event support to drive measurable business results while maintaining a consistent and engaging brand voice.
