What You'd Do in This Role As a Social Media Specialist, you'll help bring our message to millions of people who are looking for hope and direction with their money. The content you lead won't just fill a feed. Every post and caption plays a part in helping someone take a step toward financial peace.
You'll own strategy and performance of assigned accounts, whether for a Ramsey brand or one of our personalities. From long-term planning to daily execution, you'll make sure our content reaches the right audience, sparks real engagement and moves people to take the next step.
You're Probably a Match If You have at least 3+ years of experience in social media marketing. You're fluent in platform best practices and algorithm behavior across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. You know how to build and execute social content strategies that drive measurable results. You can analyze data, identify what's working and adjust quickly. You're confident owning content calendars and leading account direction. You've collaborated with teams cross-functionally. You believe in the mission of Ramsey Solutions and understand the impact our content can have on someone's life.
What Winning Looks Like Lead and execute platform-specific strategies that grow engagement, shares and conversions. Manage content calendars and post timing to maximize performance. Track performance and use insights to guide future content. Identify top-performing hooks, formats and themes to scale success. Partner with content creators, community managers and business units to align goals. Ensure all content reflects Ramsey's brand voice and connects with our target audience
