NOTE: This is a part-time (25-30 hours), hybrid role that will be partially on-site at our corporate office in Franklin, TN. You must be able to be in the office every week and to be on-site at our restaurant in Franklin, TN frequently.

SCOPE OF WORK / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and help shape the voice, presence and online brand identity for Truce.
  • It is more than social media management, it is about creating and seizing opportunities to connect with fans online, to build fans for life.
  • Lead social platforms (Meta, Instagram and TikTok), community engagement, brand storytelling and guest connection while protecting and elevating the integrity of the brand.
  • Create and share thoughtful, elevated brand content.
  • Build and manage a social content calendar that balances trending, evergreen, and campaign-aligned content.
  • Stay ahead of social platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging opportunities to keep brand relevant and competitive.
  • Establish and maintain brand voice, visual standards, and content quality across all social channels.
  • Protect and uphold the standards and integrity of the Truce brand.
  • Collaborate with the Truce team, including marketing, guest experience, kitchen and operations teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Use social to help launch and grow Truce Brand Ambassador program – leading a team of content creators and brand advocates

Community Management & Guest Relations

  • Oversee community management across branded social accounts, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate responses both in comments and direct messages. This includes engagement on nights and weekends.
  • Respond to social media direct messages, including Guest follow-up, escalating guest relations issues to relevant internal and restaurant teams.
  • Monitor and report on guest sentiment and sharing insights and feedback.
  • Represent the brand voice consistently across comments, direct messages, emails (Contact Us through Truce website) and relevant community discourse

PARTNERSHIPS

  • Tell stories that reflect the heart (Love+One), people (Peacemakers & Peacekeepers), food and mission behind Truce.
  • Moderate user-generated content and identify brand advocate and partnership opportunities.

INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT

  • Build relationships within our community, including community leaders, Peacekeepers and Influencers – find ways to surprise and delight, elevate their brand experience, an extension of the hospitality they experience in the restaurant.
  • Identify and champion influencer and creator partnerships that amplify brand reach and authenticity.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Love of the brand.
  • Experience in social media, digital content or social strategy.
  • Experience placing social media advertisements.
  • Community connector – passionate about people, food, storytelling and community.
  • Chronically Online – 25-30 hours/week (including nights and weekends).
  • Expertise in social media advertising tools and analytics.
  • Experience working on QSR or consumer brands preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere) and Canva.
  • Creative and organized.
  • Strong communication skills with an eye for details.
  • Experienced in social media management across all platforms, content creation and community management (meeting growth goals).
  • Comfortable capturing photo/video content.
  • Excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
