Role Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Specialist is a key member of the Marketing Team. The person in this role will be responsible for the creation and deployment of social media assets supporting The Kendall Group''s campaign and brand initiatives.

Competencies you possess:
What you'll need:
Work Experience: 2 years of experience in social media management, including organic and paid
Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field
Analytics/Computer Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design; experience with social publishing tools such as Oktopost, Hootsuite, Sprout Social; familiarity with emerging social media platforms
Organization Skills: Strong attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment; assertive and resourceful approach to problem solving
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills
