Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice is hiring a full-time Social Media & Patient Relations Coordinator to work on-site in our dental office. This role combines social media content creation with direct patient interaction and follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Capture photos and short videos of daily office activity (staff, doctors, hygienists)
- Request and coordinate patient reviews, testimonials, and video feedback
- Edit and post content across social media platforms
- Maintain and grow the practice’s social media presence
- Follow up with patients after visits to assess satisfaction
- Address patient concerns and help improve patient experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Social media management experience
- Video editing experience (strong plus)
- Marketing experience (plus)
- Comfortable interacting with patients and staff in a dental office setting
