We’re looking for an Inbound Appointment Setter to manage and convert social media conversations into booked discovery calls.
You’ll be connecting with private healthcare business owners from around the world—people who already follow us, engage with our content, and are familiar with what we do.
They’re not cold leads.
They’re already interested.
Your job is to step into these conversations, build trust, ask thoughtful questions, and guide prospects toward booking a call with our team.
This role blends community engagement, customer experience, and sales—and plays a key part in driving company growth.
We’re Paul Gough Media, a global marketing and training company helping private healthcare business owners grow and scale their clinics.
Our founder, Paul Gough, is a 5x Amazon best-selling author, host of a top-rated podcast, and former professional sports physical therapist turned business mentor.
He’s built a multi-million dollar business (currently $5M+ and scaling toward $10M), helping thousands of clinic owners improve their marketing, attract more patients, and increase profitability.
We operate from offices in Celebration, Florida and Hartlepool, UK, and serve a growing international client base.
