Department of Athletics - Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with consistent, engaging, and on-brand content. Monitor social media trends, analytics, and engagement metrics to optimize performance.
  • Create original graphics, motion graphics, and visual assets for digital and print use. Assist in digital storytelling initiatives, including video editing and short-form content creation. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, trademark policies, and licensing requirements. Maintain organized archive of digital assets and templates.
  • Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, events, and organizational priorities. Work with marketing leadership to support promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate coverage for events, including live posting, photography, and graphic support. Respond to and monitor audience engagement in a timely and professional manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field and two years of experience in social media management and/or graphic design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
