This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who lives and breathes social trends, understands visual storytelling, and is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.In this role, you'll film, edit, and design short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll collaborate with our internal team and agency partners, bringing creative direction to life through dynamic video, motion graphics, and visual design that aligns with our client's brand voice and social strategy.Contract : W2 onlyDuration : goes through June 5, 2026 (12 months)ResponsibilitiesFilm and edit short-form videos , often featuring yourself, for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and YouTube ShortsDesign scroll-stopping visuals (static images, motion graphics, etc.) to support our client's always-on content strategyDevelop and execute content ideas from concept to final post, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and follow brand guidelinesFollow creative direction from internal teams and agency partners while contributing your own ideas and perspectiveStay on top of trends , platform updates, and cultural moments to ensure all content feels timely and relevantEnsure all content meets platform specifications , creative standards, and is delivered with quick turnaroundManage day-to-day publishing across our client's social media channelsWhile short-form video creation will be your primary focus, you should also be excited to grow and contribute across a broader range of creative formatsQualifications1–3 years of experience creating digital/social-first contentComfortable filming yourself and appearing on camera as neededSkilled in editing and publishing content tailored for specific platforms using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or in-app toolsProficient in graphic design with a strong understanding of FigmaStrong writing and copy-editing skills, with an eye for how copy and visuals work together on socialExperience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and other relevant platformsDeep familiarity with social media platforms, features, algorithms, and content formatsComfortable working in a Virtual First environmentBonus: Familiarity with AirtableThis is a great opportunity for a rising social media creative who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows how to tell a story through video and visuals, and loves staying on top of what's trending online.Compensation Range:$26-$28/hr** This pay range is Client-specific for the opening advertised.
