Responsibilities:
- Designing and scheduling engaging social media content on Instagram and TikTok
- Creating graphics, posts, etc. using Canva related to promoting youth literacy and raising awareness to worldwide inequities in education
- Developing strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and expand our global audience
- Highlighting programs, events, partnerships, and impact stories
- Helping guide the long-term social media vision as the organization scales
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Canva, Instagram and TikTok
- Experience growing or managing social media accounts and gaining followers
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Passion for literacy, education and global equity
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
