Responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support to the ICE-CO Americas Finance Organization, reporting to Americas Pricing Manager. • Perform ad-hoc analysis; prepare monthly/quarterly internal/external reporting packages, consolidate financial reporting, support financial systems update/maintenance. • Ability to perform accurate, timely financial analysis and provide recommendations. • Contribute to the strategic and annual operating plans. • Support Clean Air month-end close process by reviewing financial data, perform analysis and prepare journal entries. • Ensure financial reports accurately reflect financial performance in accordance with GAAP and Tenneco's policies. • Work with commercial group to establish proper month-end accruals, assist with customer profitability reviews. • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as requested by leadership team. • Support the business planning processes (strategic plan, annual operating plan and monthly forecasts). • Prepare Price - Cost - Bill of material analysis. • Understand deeply cost structures. • Engages with BU leaders, plant controller, commercial group and finance team in all aspects of financial and operations reporting. • Actively participate in the implementation of financial systems, tools, procedure/policies. • Review Balance Sheet, prepare reconciliations, and ensure internal audit processes and controls are operating effectively.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Experience in Pricing & Product Cost preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and meet demanding deadlines. • Solid project management, financial analysis, and communication skills. • Excellent PC skills - Experience with SAP (FI-CO) and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel). • Experienced with One Stream, Hyperion, Power BI preferred. • Excellent team skills. • Ability to set goals and deliver timely and accurate results. • Ability to conduct research and provide effective recommendations. • Some travel may be required.
