The SMT Operator supports PCB assembly by loading materials, setting up and operating SMT equipment, and monitoring production quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Set up and operate SMT pick-and-place machines, stencil printers, and reflow ovens.
- Load materials, monitor machine performance, and perform manual component placement when needed.
- Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Operate various SMT machines (training provided).
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of SMT experience, proficiency in English, and knowledge of ISO 9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC standards. Strong organizational, communication, and component identification skills are essential.
