SMT Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented SMT Operator to operate automated equipment for assembling high-quality electronic circuit boards.

• Set up, operate, and shut down SMT machines such as pick & place, stencil printers, and reflow ovens.
• Load components based on BOMs and feeders.
• Inspect finished boards using microscopes or AOI systems.
• Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Follow ESD and quality standards to ensure flawless builds.
• Identify small electronic components and use Windows-based systems and touchscreens.
• Use hand tools and perform minor solder touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and follow instructions carefully.
