SMT Equipment Maintenance Engineer(A Group MLB._.EM)-Houston,TX

This position is responsible for maintaining and optimizing SMT production line equipment to ensure efficient high-precision electronic manufacturing.

• Perform daily, preventive, and calibration maintenance on SMT machines, printers, inspection equipment, dispensers, and reflow ovens.
• Manage SMT machine programming for various brands and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly.
• Adjust equipment parameters to enhance yield and reliability, and support process improvement projects.
• Create SOPs and failure analysis reports, and train technicians while collaborating with production and quality teams.
• Require an associate's or higher degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering with over 2 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance, familiar with major equipment brands.
• Ideal candidates have experience in consumer or automotive electronics manufacturing.
