    • Position: SmartComm Project Manager

      Location: Boston, MA

      Model: (5 Days Office)

      Job Type: Full time

    • Design, develop, and maintain SmartComm correspondence templates and document solutions.
    • Configure and customize customer communication workflows using Smart Communications CCM.
    • Implement business requirements for policy letters, statements, notices, and customer correspondence.
    • Develop and support PDF generation and document composition solutions.
    • Perform template enhancements, compliance driven updates, and production fixes.
    • Analyze incidents and provide L2/L3 production support.
    • Troubleshoot document generation, batch processing, and integration issues.
    • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
    • Participate in release management, deployment, and post production support activities.
    • Support migration projects from legacy CCM platforms such as xPression, Documaker, or other correspondence systems. Ensure adherence to SDLC, change management, and documentation standards.

    • Salary:

      Full-time: The pay range for this role is $110k $125k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
