The Smoothie King in League City near 646 & I-45 is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work evenings during the week and on weekends.
The Assistant General Manager's responsibilities include:
- Manage evening and weekend operations
- Leadership and development of a team
- Ensuring superior guest service
- Maximizing sales performance
- Helping to create a fun and welcoming atmosphere for the team and guests
- Maintaining a high level of sanitation

Must have some management experience, preferably in food service.
Requirements:
- Some leadership experience in a quick serve restaurant or retail preferred.
- Expected to stand approximately 8 hours per day, lift products of

- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to give and receive feedback.
- State of Texas Health Managers Certification.
- Employee must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
