It is the responsibility of the Slot Services Ambassador to provide excellent service to guests on the casino slot floor. The Slot Service Ambassador will respond to guest requests for information, handle currency transactions, pay and verify jackpots and fills. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing minor problems with slot machines and documenting accordingly. The Slot Services Ambassador enrolls new members into the 24 Karat Club and communicates the benefits of membership. They must be able to use windows and other casino management software. The ambassador assists with slot machine payout issues and equipment problems as they arise, maintains a neat and orderly work area, and keeps an adequate working inventory of supplies for the current and incoming shifts. They also assist in special projects and events when requested, handle money to pay jackpots and make change, maintain knowledge of all property outlets and upcoming events, provide information to guests regarding various slot machines, and notify management of potential issues within the gaming area. Additional duties and responsibilities as requested are also part of the role.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to be trained and coached, excellent multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate. Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required. Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration. Minimum age requirement is 21. High School Diploma or GED required. Industry experience required. Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
