This role supports exceptional guest service, supervises slot floor operations, and assists with team leadership, scheduling, and operational oversight in a fast‑paced casino environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily slot floor operations in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsSupport and reinforce exceptional guest service standards across the Slot Operations teamAssist with developing and implementing customer service strategies for Slot OperationsPay and/or verify jackpots over predetermined thresholds in accordance with Internal ControlsCreate and manage daily and weekly staff schedules based on operational needsEnsure compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirementsRespond to guest concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and follow‑throughMaintain accountability for assigned keys, radios, handheld devices, and other company‑issued equipmentAttend all required training sessions and operational meetingsFollow the Company Compulsive and Problem Gambling Plan, including regulations prohibiting service to minors or intoxicated guestsMaintain scheduling flexibility to support business demandsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceRequired:Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a guest service or customer service‑driven environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareAbility to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technologyPreferred:Experience in a high‑volume, complex resort or casino environmentTechnical knowledge of slot machines and slot systemsExperience training or mentoring team membersFamiliarity with player tracking systems and complimentary guidelinesSecurity ClearanceNot applicableWork Environment & Physical RequirementsExposure to secondhand smoke and standard casino environmental conditionsProlonged standing and walking throughout the casino floorAbility to lift up to 50 poundsRegular use of handheld devices and communication equipmentRequires visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform operational tasksScheduleDue to the nature of the hospitality and entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.Drug‑Free WorkplaceWarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a drug‑free workplace.
