Sloane's Bartenders systematically keep the restaurant functioning while producing guest beverages, taking and filling to-go orders, serving guests at the bar and in the dining room, and processing golf cart orders.\n \nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n \n\u00d8 Greet all guests as they enter the Tavern.\n \n\u00d8 Set up bar for each service with product, glassware, garnishes etc. and maintain through service.\n \n\u00d8 Keep bar area tidy- walk out from behind the bar to straighten chairs, sanitize tables, straighten cushions, and sweep the floors.\n \n\u00d8 Build cocktails consistently according to the training aids provided by leadership.\n \n\u00d8 Entertain guests at the bar while making drinks for the dining room during dinner service.\n \n\u00d8 Take to-go orders via phone and in person.\n \n\u00d8 Process payments for all golf cart to-go orders.\n \n\u00d8 Provide exemplary service to guests at the bar and at any assigned table in the dining room.\n \n\u00d8 Restock the outlet with any product that was heavily used or depleted at the end of service, so the next team of colleagues is set up for success.\n \n\u00d8 Be mindful of how much alcohol the guests have consumed and be prepared to stop serving someone if need be.\n \n\u00d8 Sanitize after every guest uses the bar or tables in the lounge.\n \n\u00d8 Run drinks to tables in the dining room if servers are busy and bartenders have down time.\n \nMiraval is a place where high expectations aren't just met-they're exceeded.
