Machine Operator / Slitter Operator – Night Shift
Concord, NC | $18/hour | 6 PM – 6 AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Machine Operators / Slitter Operators for a manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. This is a full-time night shift opportunity with immediate openings and a quick hiring process.

If you have machine operating, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience and are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Hours: Full-time, 12-hour shifts
Location: Concord, NC

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator / Slitter Operator, you will help run production equipment and keep materials moving through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities include:
  • Set up and operate slitting and production machines
  • Load raw materials and remove finished product
  • Monitor production quality and make basic machine adjustments
  • Enter production data into the system
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting
  • Palletize, finish, cap, or package product as needed
  • Cross-train across multiple production lines
  • Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

Production Areas May Include
  • Paper slitting
  • Photo paper slitting
  • Card slitting
  • Finishing, capping, palletizing, and related production tasks

Requirements
  • At least 6 months of machine operating, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow work instructions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
