We’re seeking a Key Account Manager to steward existing relationships and support thoughtful, sustainable growth. This role is all about placing the right product with the right partners and protecting the brand we've built.
The Key Account Manager works closely with leadership and operations, engaging directly with butchers, specialty retailers, and select foodservice partners. The focus is on selling what we produce, maintaining pricing integrity, and ensuring our product ends up in the right hands.
Manage and grow relationships with wholesale and foodservice partners
Serve as a primary commercial representative of Slickhorn Ranch in customer conversations
Collaborate with operations to align sales activity with inventory, production schedules, and lead times
Uphold pricing discipline and brand standards across all accounts
Provide market insight on demand trends, pricing expectations, and product formats
Support leadership with feedback from the field to inform production and growth decisions
Clear, professional communication and reliable follow-through
Alignment with a relationship-driven, quality-first sales approach
Experience selling food, protein, or other perishable products
Familiarity with wholesale and/or foodservice sales environments
