We are seeking a dedicated Sleep Clinical Care Coordinator to join our growing Sleep Medicine team. Schedule & Hours - Status: Part-Time (24–32 hours per week).
- Work Week: 3–4 days per week.
- Shift Details: 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No evenings, late nights, or weekends!
Position Summary Working under the direction of the Sleep Medicine Director and Clinical Manager, you will oversee daily clinical office operations. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, safe patient care and seamless compliance across our sleep practice. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Patient Care & Operations: Plan, coordinate, and execute safe care plans within the sleep clinic; maintain accurate information within the Meditech EMR system.
- Program Oversight: Monitor Inspire Therapy candidates, ensuring proper scheduling for follow-up visits, DISE inspections, and fine-tune sleep studies.
- Order Management: Generate essential follow-up orders, including diagnostic testing, treatment protocols, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) documentation.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure office processes strictly adhere to regulatory bodies (OSHA, ODH, BOP, TJC) and manage performance improvement data.
- Practice Optimization: Collaboratively manage physician templates to maximize scheduling access and meet required productivity targets.
- Professional Development: Participate in continuing education to maintain standard certifications (minimum 10 CEUs annually).
Qualifications & Requirements - Credentials: Must hold an active RST, RPSGT, or SDS credential from a nationally recognized certification board.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Inspire Patient Navigator Certification is highly preferred.
- Licensure: Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRCP/RRT) preferred.
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant, hands-on clinical experience working in sleep medicine.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency with working knowledge of the Meditech EMR platform.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional leadership, delegation, conflict resolution, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
