Senior UX Designer

Location: Onsite required, must be local to Seattle

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to support a portfolio of seller-facing and operational product experiences. This role will focus on designing intuitive, scalable solutions across complex workflows, including onboarding experiences, operational tools, and AI-driven features. The ideal candidate is a hands-on designer who can operate independently, lead end-to-end design efforts, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver high-quality user experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design across multiple product workstreams, including operational tools and AI-enabled experiences

• Translate product requirements and business logic into user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs

• Design and optimize workflows for onboarding, operations, and service management experiences

• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define scope, prioritize work, and align on experience strategy

• Collaborate with engineering to ensure feasibility, support implementation, and iterate based on constraints

• Create interactive prototypes to support stakeholder alignment, usability testing, and development handoff

• Contribute to and leverage existing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability

• Participate in design critiques and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and design leadership

• Support UX research activities, including prototype creation, discussion guides, and synthesis of findings

• Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities across concurrent workstreams

Key Objectives

• Provide consistent UX design support to ensure product development is not blocked by design gaps

• Deliver high-quality, end-to-end interaction design across multiple user journeys

• Maintain design consistency across parallel initiatives

• Establish reusable patterns and documentation to support long-term scalability

• Enable faster product decisions through rapid prototyping and iteration

Expected Outcomes

• Accelerated Product Delivery: Continuous design support enables teams to maintain sprint velocity and meet release timelines

• Improved User Experience: Cohesive and intuitive workflows reduce friction for both external users and internal operators

• AI-Enabled Experiences: Thoughtful interaction design for AI-driven features that balance automation with user control and transparency

• Faster Decision-Making: Readily available prototypes and design artifacts support efficient stakeholder alignment

• Scalable Design Foundations: Reusable components, patterns, and documentation that extend beyond the engagement

Deliverables

• User flows, journey maps, and interaction models

• Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups

• Interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder review

• Design specifications and implementation documentation

• Contributions to design systems (components and patterns)

• Documentation of design rationale and decision history

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX/product design, with a focus on complex systems or enterprise tools

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end design across multiple concurrent projects

• Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)

• Experience working within established design systems

• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, and research

• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences

• Experience designing for operational workflows or B2B platforms is a plus

• Familiarity with AI-driven or automation-based experiences is a plus
