This position requires occasional onsite to office in Phoenix, AZ.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and manage training schedules across business units and workstreams
  • Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) Admin to set up and maintain class offerings, rosters, and session logistics in the LMS
  • Coordinate instructor assignments, and classroom/virtual logistics
  • Manage learner enrollment, confirmations, reminders, and attendance tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for training logistics questions and coordination
  • Monitor class capacity, attendance trends, and scheduling conflicts
  • Support communication of training timelines, expectations, and updates
  • Partner with Training Delivery and LMS Admin to ensure alignment between schedule and system
  • configuration
  • Track and report on training delivery readiness (e.g., sessions scheduled vs. planned)
  • Manage the Training Inbox and address learner questions, concerns, etc.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience coordinating training, events, or scheduling in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Familiarity with training delivery processes (ILT, vILT, eLearning coordination)
  • Experience supporting large-scale or multi-track training programs

For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range is $40/hr to $45/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
