Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule available)

Compensation: $32 - $40 per/hour (flexible for the right candidate)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources; OR
• Bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple disciplines
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in mining, energy, oil/gas, or industrial sectors is a plus

This role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for skilled trades positions within a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize recruitment efforts across 30+ technical and skilled trade openings
• Screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications
• Coordinate background checks, generate pay models, and prepare offer letters
• Collaborate with HR and departmental leadership to align hiring strategies with operational goals
• Maintain up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation
