Job Title: Skilled Trades Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location (city, state): Remote (U.S. Based)

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible schedule available)
Compensation: $32 - $40 per/hour (flexible for the right candidate)
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of six (6) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources; OR
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices related to recruitment and hiring
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple disciplines
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in mining, energy, oil/gas, or industrial sectors is a plus

We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s remote recruiting team. This role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for skilled trades positions within a fast-paced, high-demand environment. The ideal candidate will have strong full-cycle recruiting experience and the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize recruitment efforts across 30+ technical and skilled trade openings
- Screen candidate applications, conduct phone interviews, and assess qualifications
- Coordinate background checks, generate pay models, and prepare offer letters
- Collaborate with HR and departmental leadership to align hiring strategies with operational goals
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records and recruitment documentation
