Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
  • Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
  • Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings to showcase available listings.
  • Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the Ben Kinney Team Idaho to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
