Job Description

We are looking for Certified Nurse Assistants who are compassionate and attentive to the unique needs of long-term care residents. In this role at Bella Sera, youll provide personal care and support that helps enhance the comfort, dignity, and well-being of each individual. Youll assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, maintain a clean and safe environment, and communicate with nursing staff and families to support high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
  • Record vital signs and report changes in patient condition
  • Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and residents families
  • Promote a warm, respectful, and safe care environment

Collaborative Teamwork

This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, patient-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and current certification
  • Certification must be maintained throughout employment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Continuing education required for certification renewal
  • BLS certification required and maintained thereafter
  • Must pass Telemetry Competency Test within 6 months and renew yearly
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in the English language
  • Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, coworkers, and community
