This is a production-driven environment. The crew moves fast, and everyone is expected to carry their weight. You will work under a strong Foreman who will assign tasks, track performance, and push the crew to stay on pace.

Core Responsibilities
- Execute framing, siding, and roofing tasks efficiently and correctly
- Assist with post frame construction and light concrete work
- Follow direction from the Foreman and complete assigned tasks without delay
- Maintain quality standards while working at a strong pace
- Keep job site clean, organized, and moving
- Work as part of a team to hit daily and weekly production goals
- Use tools and equipment safely and properly
