Skilled Caregiver for Home Care

Personal Home Care Plus is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients. Looking for someone to assist in getting our client up and ready for the day hours are usually 8a-10a or 9a-11p depending on client appointments.

Requirements

• Provides support for activities of daily living which include:
• Homemaker
• Personal care services for the client in his/her home as identified
• Taught and monitored by the PHC Plus based on the individual client needs
