McKenney Home Care is a family-owned private-duty home care agency seeking an experienced caregiver for an ongoing client case in Naples, FL (34108). We are looking for someone who is calm, observant, professional, and committed to providing safe, compassionate care.


This role is ideal for caregivers with Clear English who value consistency, strong communication, and relationship-based care.

Available Schedule (Not adjustable and must be consistent on all 3 days)
  •  Tuesdays: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
  •  Fridays: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM 
  •  Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Client
  •  Ambulates slowly with walker; wheelchair used frequently indoors and always outdoors 
  •  Stand-by assistance required 
  •  High fall risk – client should not be left alone 
  •  Uses electronic larynx to communicate 
  •  Regular diet 
  •  Requires a calm, patient caregiver who can adapt to changing needs 
Key Responsibilities
  •  Provide attentive one-on-one support in the home 
  •  Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation 
  •  Support toileting and daily routines while maintaining dignity 
  •  Observe and report changes in condition to office/nursing team 
  •  Provide companionship and reassurance 
  •  Follow care plan instructions carefully 
  •  Maintain a safe environment and use strong fall-prevention awareness 
  •  Complete required documentation accurately and timely 
What We’re Looking For
  •  CNA, HHA, or experienced caregiver 
  •  Strong communication skills with clear English 
  •  Skilled, observant, and safety-focused 
  •  Calm demeanor and professional attitude 
  •  Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality 
  •  Comfortable working with a client who may have strong preferences 
  •  Ability to build trust and remain consistent
Qualifications
  •  Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation 
  •  Second form of ID (Social Security card or passport) 
  •  Hands-on CPR certification (or willingness to obtain; class available) 
  •  TB test within 6 months or chest X-ray within 5 years 
  •  Level 2 AHCA background screening (or willingness to obtain) 
  •  Strong communication skills, professionalism, and consistent reliability and attendance
  • Ability to pass HHA Competency Exam with a passing score of 80% or highter
