Experience setting up Six Spindle screw machines.
Experience with New Britain, Davenport, or Acme-Gridley machines preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Manufacturing or machining experience.
Set up and operate Six Spindle screw machines.
Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Verify product quality using precision measuring instruments.
Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
