Work Model: Remote with extensive field travel (Travel daily within the assigned territory (up to 3 hours one way); mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile)

Pay Rate: $23.70/hr

Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work independently in the field while being part of a collaborative remote team. The position focuses on supporting healthcare providers in understanding and complying with Medicaid program requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong provider relationships, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards across the assigned Dallas territory. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel extensively are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a remote field representative managing a designated territory
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled in-person visits with providers
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid policies and procedures
  • Travel daily within the assigned territory (up to 3 hours one way); mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Medicaid policies, internal processes, and provider resources
  • Manage workload independently using reporting and tracking tools
  • Monitor performance to ensure timely and accurate task completion
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with providers and internal teams
  • Participate in remote trainings, meetings, and collaborative initiatives
  • Meet all contractual and program requirements while maintaining a professional presence
