Position Summary
The Site Supervisor is a field leadership role responsible for the physical and logistical execution of commercial and multifamily roofing and exterior projects. This position combines hands-on technical expertise with high-level oversight to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to exact specifications.
This individual serves as the primary link between the field and office while maintaining strong communication with General Contractors, property owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of leading crews while solving issues in real time.

- Maintain organized, productive, and professional job sites
Safety & Quality Control
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Conduct ongoing safety and quality inspections to ensure work meets manufacturer specifications, warranties, building codes, and client expectations
- Generate and manage rolling punch lists throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify installation deficiencies in real time and provide immediate corrective direction to crews
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism
Field Leadership & Crew Management
- Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure labor is performed according to project plans and company expectations
- Lead, mentor, and hold crews accountable for quality, productivity, and professionalism
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment while maintaining high performance standards
- Address field challenges quickly and professionally to keep projects moving forward
Technical & Hands-On Responsibilities
- Perform minor hands-on repairs or adjustments as needed to maintain production flow and prevent delays
- Troubleshoot installation details involving shingles, siding, metal systems, TPO, EPDM, and other roofing systems
- Ensure all work aligns with manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, scopes of work, and project submittals accurately
Material, Equipment & Logistics Management
- Monitor material usage and coordinate timely delivery of roofing and siding materials
- Coordinate equipment rentals, staging, and job site logistics for lifts, lulls, and other machinery
- Manage accurate material returns to suppliers to minimize waste and protect project profitability

Communication & Documentation
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for General Contractors, property owners, and field personnel
- Provide professional daily updates regarding project progress, scheduling, safety, and field concerns
- Track field changes, document deviations from scope of work, and maintain organized project documentation
- Handle project submittals and maintain accurate reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Address client and contractor inquiries professionally to ensure strong working relationships and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, highly organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work the right way.
If you take pride in holding crews accountable, solving problems in real time, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.
