Position Details
Role: Site Supervisor - Physical Therapist
Schedule: Monday-Friday, clinic hours 7am-7pm (40 hours/week)
Location: South Windsor, CT
In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, the Site Supervisor ensures that high quality, cost effective services are delivered in support of the organizations strategic plan, goals and objectives. The Site Supervisor also manages site resources: human, material, and financial, in order to ensure quality, cost-effective delivery of patient services for specific patient populations who require the needs of outpatient physical therapy. This is accomplished either by direct action, delegation or coaching and support of self-directed work teams or individuals. The primary responsibility is approximately 80% patient treatment, and 20% administrative time.
Job Responsibilities
Qualifications
Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of CT
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
2+ years in the field; 2-3 years in an outpatient setting preferred
