Additionally carry out all on-site managerial responsibilities related to the assigned employees including but not limited to conducting investigations and generating reports in response to any quality defect notices issued against contractor employees hold production meetings validating time sheets and providing orientation and initial training for new hires. Collaborates with the Government Site Lead on all maintenance and local site issues.Required experience Five 5 years of experience in related field At least Four 4 years experience in a leadership role.Required education High school diploma or General Education Degree GEDThe Site Supervisors are required to notify the Government Site Lead via email when they will be absent from their site of responsibility unless there are unforeseen circumstances.Compensation94000.00year Other CompensationEmployees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of 4.00 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.BenefitsEmployees are offered medical dental vision and basic life insurance.
