Job Details

We are hiring a Site Supervisor to lead commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement crews in the Phoenix area. In this hands-on role you will manage daily field operations, supervise crews, ensure quality and safety, communicate with clients and office staff, and help deliver projects on time and on budget. This position suits a practical leader who enjoys coaching teams, troubleshooting field issues, and maintaining high standards of service across commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day activities of maintenance and enhancement crews, ensuring correct execution of scopes of work and schedules
  • Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and verify completed work meets company standards
  • Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety briefings
  • Coordinate with account managers, project managers, and office staff to resolve issues and prioritize work
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members; support crew development and retention
  • Operate equipment and perform skilled landscape tasks as needed (irrigation troubleshooting, pruning, turf care, etc.)
  • Report labor, materials, and site conditions; complete required documentation and time reporting
  • Maintain a focus on safety, customer service, and cost control

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of commercial landscape experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities
  • Practical knowledge of irrigation systems, plant care, turf management, and common hardscape tasks
  • Ability to read work orders, interpret scopes, and enforce quality standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Spanish speaking a plus
