Position Summary / Job Scope

This Site Supervisor role gives you a chance to shine as a people leader and technical expert with solid knowledge of Pfeiffer/Clean Tech Inc. abatement tools and technologies, combined with Clean Tech's business, internal operations, customer objectives, and more. You will guide daily operations, resolve problems and keep projects on time and on budget. You'll feel you're making an impact in a dynamic, inclusive, results-driven environment.

We train our Field Service Technicians to support and maintain Pfeiffer/Clean Tech Inc. abatement System, the equipment semiconductor companies rely on to protect our environment from harmful emissions. You will oversee a Site team to support specific customers to install, maintain and upgrade their equipment, delivering world-class support for multimillion-dollar production systems.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. • Guide daily operations, resolve problems and keep projects on time and on budget.

• Lead the Company's team of FSTs/FSEs at customer sites by being the on-site technical expert and first step in escalating personnel issues.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, address technical inquiries, participate in customer meetings, complete documentation, and reports.
• Coach and direct a team of FSTs/FSEs, including managing daily schedules and workloads.
• Keep accurate track of all performed daily FSTs/FSEs (e.g. IQ and sustaining) in an activity tracker for analyzing and reporting purposes.
• Supervise and support all daily activities.
• Participate in all continuous improvement projects, safety meetings, and escalation meetings as required.
• Provide input and actively participate in resolving quality issues with systems installed at the customer site.
• Be the point-of-contact for the applications team and work with service and equipment sales to identify customer-specific solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, tool-down-situations, quality issues and continuous improvement projects.
• Supervise system installation, commissioning and planning as required.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business-related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in direct semiconductor industry experience
• Prior experience in management or leading service teams

• Associate of Arts or Associate of Science degree in STEM or technical program or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in a sub-fab environment.
• Two years' relevant lead or supervisory experience.
• Military service with 18+ months of experience considered in lieu of degree and/or equivalent technical degree.
• Technical certification or trade school diploma.

• Work in an environment with chemicals and gases, wearing a respirator as needed, coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, and gloves.
• Lift up to 30 lbs., pull 250lbs. at least once a day, and spend much of the time (greater than 90 percent) on the floor working on toolsets, walking 3-5 miles a day, and/or standing/sitting for 9 hours.
• Work at the customer site.
• May require travel up to 10% of the time.
