Description
Lead on-site construction from groundworks to punch-out
Manage subcontractors, site safety, and daily coordination
Oversee sitework, utilities, and quality assurance
Partner with PMs to maintain schedules and budgets
Build strong relationships with clients and inspectors
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
5+ years Superintendent experience with a GC
Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills
Strong background in sitework and utilities
Stable career history with clear reasons for moves
Professional, client-facing, and tech-capable

Annual salary ranging from USD 95.000 to USD 120.000.
