Cintas is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Site Security Supervisor to oversee and support the execution of security programs designed to protect partners, property, and physical assets at the Mason, OH corporate complex. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment through active monitoring of site operations, leadership of on-duty security personnel, and enforcement of established safety and security procedures. This role operates under the direction of the Corporate Security Manager and is responsible for executing established programs and supporting day-to-day security operations. The ideal candidate brings strong operational experience in security or law enforcement, sound judgment in high-pressure situations, and the ability to lead and develop a team while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and administer site-level security programs, including access control, asset protection, and overall facility safety.
  • Supervise, direct, and develop security personnel while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, access control points, and visitor management processes to maintain a secure environment.
  • Respond to incidents and provide on-site leadership during escalated situations, conducting initial investigations and escalating or coordinating with Corporate Security Manager, senior leadership, HR, and emergency responders as needed.
  • Maintain a visible security presence and operate/monitor security systems to deter risk and ensure proper functionality.
  • Support staffing and team operations, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance oversight of security personnel.
  • Evaluate site-level security processes, maintain accurate documentation, and provide recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field
  • Carry Concealed Weapon (CCW) license
  • Valid driver's license

Preferred

  • Current OPOTC 20-hour firearms certification
  • AED, CPR, and First Aid certifications (company-sponsored)
