Site Safety Manager (PASS)

Your RoleYou are a detail-oriented individual who proactively identifies hazards and ensures compliance with safety regulations and company requirements within a manufacturing and operational environment. You will play a key role in supporting production activities by promoting safe work practices and maintaining alignment with OSHA, ISO 45001, and internal safety standards. You are a self-starter with a positive make-happen attitude, able to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively. You are professional in your written and oral communications and strive to lead teams and create positive morale.Compensation & BenefitsPay range: $97,564.90 - $141,955.63 annually, paid every two weeks. Incentive compensation may include discretionary annual bonus. Benefits include healthcare, 401K savings plan, company holidays, vacation, sick time, parental leave, tuition assistance, referral bonus, employee assistance program.What You Will Own & ImproveSafety and compliance documentation, including incident reports, audits, and training records.Leadership and continuous improvement of Safety, Health, and ISO programs at Atlas Copco Mafi-Trench Company LLC.Oversight of manufacturing and operational activities to ensure safety requirements are met and risks are effectively mitigated.Management of safety-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and Preventive Action Requests (PARs).To Succeed, You Will NeedYou have a degree or relevant experience in safety, industrial engineering, or a related field.You have a strong understanding of manufacturing environments and hazard recognition to support safe and compliant operations.You possess strong communication and documentation skills to develop, implement, and maintain safety procedures and records.You have experience leading projects or teams and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and production to implement continuous improvement initiatives.You have knowledge of safety-related standards and regulations (OSHA, ISO 45001) to support compliance and effective risk management.You are able to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.How Success Is MeasuredMaintaining ISO 45001 certification with minimal or no findings from Lloyd's Register during periodic audit inspections.Consistent, timely, and accurate execution of safety documentation, audits, and compliance activities.Demonstrated improvement in safety performance metrics to support safe operations.In Return, We OfferCulture of trust and accountabilityLifelong learning and career growthInnovation powered by peopleComprehensive compensation and benefitsHealth and well-beingWhat You Will Learn (if you don't know already)SAP, Enovia, Wiki, SharePointCodes, standards and regulations related to SafetyJob LocationThis role requires you to work on-site at our office in Santa Maria, CA, United States (US).
